FOUNDING MEMBERS

Who we are

The Climate Change Hub (cchub.eu) is a non-profit organisation (AMKE) established in 2022 through the collaboration of three internationally recognised organizations: Resilient Cities Catalyst (RCC) – an international NGO founded by members of the leadership team of the 100 Resilient Cities network (100 RC), working across the world to advance urban resilience solutions and grow a community of practice for resilience. Athens Democracy Forum Foundation (DCF) – based in the United Kingdom, with a mission to empower society and democratic values through participatory processes. Every year it organises the annual Athens Democracy Forum. The Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) – based in Athens, is the most internationally recognized Greek think tank, providing the public sphere with scientifically grounded research, studies, analysis, and policy strategies.

Knowledge and Information

Our goal is to create a Hub—a one-stop shop—that will serve as an innovative inventory of actors and actions, offering free access to reliable information and data on climate change based on the primary mapping of activities originating by the municipalities, organisations and key stakeholders, enabling communication, collaboration, and the extraction of useful conclusions and policy proposals.
