Network and Partnerships
This group of actions entails the presentation of the profile of stakeholders participating in the platform, thus connecting the national and local community of practice of private and public sector, as well as of the civil society.
Through the digital Platform, registered users have the opportunity to directly liaise with each other, cutting across sectoral and functional barriers , through seminars, workshops and citizens panels thereby enabling online and offline communication, thus promoting participatory democracy mechanisms, ultimately targeting to the participation of the wider public. A direct bilateral communication between stakeholders that is not open to the public is also offered through the platform.
Completion of the Conference “Climate Resilience in Islands and Local Government”
The conference titled “Climate Resilience in Islands and Local Government” was successfully held by the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) on Tuesday, January 20, at the Hellenic American Union, highlighting the decisive role of Local Government in addressing the impacts of climate change with particular emphasis on the challenges facing the Greek islands.

Event of the Embassy of Australia in collaboration with the Climate Hub and the Hellenic American Union
The event organised by the Embassy of Australia in Athens was successfully held on Thursday, 23 October, in collaboration with the Climate Hub and with the support of the Hellenic American Union. It took place within the framework of Australia’s joint bid, together with the Pacific island nations, to host COP31 in 2026.
